LAUGHTER IS LIKE A GOOD MEDICINE

GOD’S GOOD NEWS GAZETTE STAFF

This issue encompasses two major holidays that we truly enjoy celebrating: St. Patrick’s Day and Easter! As a result, we have opted to include two items this time that we hope will tickle your Funny Bone!

ST. PATRICK’S DAY

We know that we shared this already this year, but it is sooooooo gooood we thought we would share it yet again!

James said to his friend, Daniel, “I know a girl who married an Irishman on St. Patrick’s Day.”
Daniel said, “Oh really?”
James said, “No, O’Reilly.”

EASTER

We know that we shared this for the Past several years, but it is sooooooo gooood we thought we would share it yet again!

It was Easter Sunday, and Pastor Bell wanted his to be a memorable sermon. Clearing his throat, he started by asking, “Tell me, what was the first thing Jesus said when He exited the tomb?”

There was utter and complete silence as novices and Bible Scholars alike wracked their brains, trying to remember what it was that the Lord said when He arose. Before anyone could do a GOOGLE Search, a little girl sitting in the front row stood up, stepped to the middle of the aisle, and said loudly and with a noticeable smile, “Taaaaa Daaaaaaaa!!!”
